This project is a 7-bedroom new-build home in Nottingham which are currently lead contractor on. We have carried out all the excavation, foundations and below-ground drainage prior to the CLT structure being installed by external suppliers. Once this was complete, we were back on site to build all the internal walls, ceilings, electrics, plumbing, heating, ventilation and decoration. We are also closely involved in the coordination of all glazing of which there is a lot on this project!

It is an absolute pleasure of ours to work on this one-of-a-kind project for Andy, Iris and family. We have once again been grateful to work with the Lead-Designer, Brolly Design throughout the build.

This project will take 15months to complete and we are delighted to say the clients are very happy with our work thus far!
