This Project involved a ground floor renovation and existing extension alterations to convert an existing kitchen suffering from poor natural light to achieve a new contemporary-style Kitchen and Dining Space now flooded with natural light.

The works included the installation of a large rooflight, internal and external crittall-style industrial glazed doors and kitchen window.
In addition to the above, Ivanthais also re-built the rear garden decking including external box seating with hidden garden storage and new tiled entrance driveway and pathway.

This project took 2.5months to complete and we are delighted to say the clients are very happy with their new home.
