KENSAL RISE
This Project included a new rear extension and complete internal renovation including major structural work to create a large open-plan ground floor. At Ground Floor level, internal walls were removed to create an open-plan kitchen / living design which opens seamlessly out onto the newly built terrace.
At upper levels, we constructed 2xNo. new high-spec bathrooms with niches and mood-lighting. We also built Bespoke fitted joinery for 4xNo. Bedrooms. In addition to the above, Ivanthais fitted a new bespoke-made kitchen, Island, kids play area with bench and hidden storage, a guest toilet, bespoke shelving, TV unit and under-stair hidden storage. All designed by Brolly Design.
This project took 4months to complete and we are delighted to say the clients are very happy with their new home.

Ivanthais led by Ivan completed our full house renovation including a rear extension in October 2021. We are absolutely delighted with the end result! Ivan and his team are extremely professional and dedicated. Ivan spent night and day ensuring the project was met within the agreed time frame which was ambitious from the start.
